Red Wing Shoes Redwing 6 Classic Mock Toe 0875 Boot Oro Legacy
STYLE NO. 8138: CLASSIC MOC
Modeled after Red Wing’s original work boot style, the 8138 is a 6-Inch Moc Toe featuring Briar Oil Slick leather, white Traction Tred rubber outsole, triple stitched quality and Goodyear welt construction.
Nothing says, “Red Wing”, like a moc toe boot with a white polyurethane outsole. It’s a style Red Wing started making in the 1950s for sportsmen but it worked equally well on farms and in factories due to that Traction Tred sole with its minimal tread that sheds mud and provides the underfoot comfort the work day required. The crescent-shaped stitching on the toe was inspired by the construction of the shoes, or “moccasins” originally worn by the North American Algonquin Indians. Their Classic Moc Toe boots have since become a legend.
American men's footwear brand Red Wing Shoes was founded in 1906 in Minnesota, US. Sturdy, practical and well-designed, Red Wing started life as the shoe of choice for America’s workmen before becoming a popular option for modern-day style conscious shoppers. Classic designs remain but the Red Wing shoe and boot range has been updated and expanded with new colours, finishes and details for the contemporary customer.
