The Unikko motif on this acrylic coated cotton fabric is printed in Helsinki. Thanks to the protective finish, the fabric is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
The famous Poppy Reason of Marimekko Unikko was born in 1964 in an era when the collections of the design house presented mostly abstract prints. The designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire range of floral prints.
